Elle Kennedy from Bristol Fungarium will lead a captivating talk on the history, folklore, and health benefits of Reishi mushrooms, culminating in a ceremonial tea experience featuring their medicinal Reishi tincture.
This Spring Equinox 360° immersive soundbath honours our African Earth Cause in partnership with Love Support Unite (LSU) and the Oceania Project. It flows into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session and 360° soundbath, transporting you to breathtaking natural habitats—from Icelandic waterfalls with chakra-toning meditations to Australian oceans alive with singing humpback whales, and the iconic wilderness of Africa’s Kruger National Park.
